Sorry, I can't take time to chat just now, Orpheus. I need to deal with the current situation.
After careful consideration, Bryce, I decided to try your suggestion. I need to report to you
that the Ipsolstai on the left is not a fake. It is a real Ipsolstai.
I confronted it directly. I tried to push it out of my way. It reacted with a violent display
of colors and a squealing noise. This is extremely interesting; I had not known that
they are capable of making any sound at all.
Now I have two robots with projectile tubes to deal with. The tubes are pointed in my direction.
I tried to ask the terminal for a map, Bryce. It didn't like that. It beeped at me. Very loudly! Then it
told me that the data I requested was not within my access permission. What does that mean? Is it
like the control codes that we learned how to change? I wonder if I could teach this machine to
change its codes. I then asked it what this place was for. It said that it was a residential location for
segments of the Imperium's community engaged in various projects. That's all it said. That isn't
anything!
I've been thinking about something. Isaac's ball started to talk at about the same time as the terminal
was fixed. Something has been bothering me. I tried typing Nelson into the terminal. It gave me a
whole list of names I started to try them all, and went down the list. There were so many! Then I
noticed something. One name was different. It had more space around it. The name above and the
name below it are a millimeter farther away from this one name than any other! I checked the whole
list, it is the only one with that extra space. The name is "Mandela, Nelson". I selected it and the
screen just went black. There are no words, no information. I typed a few keys and nothing
happened. I tried asking a question, the question you asked me to ask it, and nothing happened.
Then I typed the name again and the original screen came back, as if nothing had happened.
Something strange is going on.
Caleb said that we were troublemakers. I still can't stand that. I've to calm down.
The only chance I have is to think positive. Burn for instance isn't that way.
Zachary said something about fighting against the Ipsolstai. No, I don't like that
way. We have to establish positive feedback loops with them. In my opinion we
have to follow this strategy, although Caleb locked us in again.
Hi to Professor K. Another new Earth Friend to talk with! How nice! How many Earth people
are there? Have we met all of them?
Enoch is going to need all of his diplomatic skills, if he is going to negotiate with
Caleb. I Remember that Caleb was the one who thought we probes were just tools.

How did you meet him? Have you been talking with him for very long?
What sort of advice does he give you?
What kind of information have you given him?
Does he know about the artifacts in the cave? How much did you tell him?

Hmm, Hamlet might not be a person. It might be a code name for a computer,
or an espionage attempt by our competitors.

leave warriors every ten miles behind. That's also about the maximum distance that
