I don't like the information that Spur is getting from the Probes. He has already explained how the Amphibians are seeking new worlds to colonize and the conditions they require. The Probes have recognized how well Earth fits that description. Each question Spur poses brings him that much closer to concluding an invasion of Earth is called for.
