I think that Daniel is trying to tell us that the C-Probes are Delemreck (Bette also mentions Delemreck as mentioned by The One).

The Ipsolstai (and/or the probes) have many enemies, and some of them are already on Mars making preparations for attack. Others will be joining them soon. Maybe the Big Hall isn't a factory at all, maybe it is a groove anchor.

There is another group/species/race at work here. One that is known to both the Ipsos and the probes. The probes only know of two groups on Mars, the Ipsos, and the C-Probes.

The Ipsos have been able to rescue some of our probes, Bette, Isaac, Andrew, and Daniel, but are unable/unwilling to rescue the rest. Keeping them safe is up to us.
