I don't think we should run. Running makes us look guilty, it more than likely would leave us without most our equipment (when you escape from the linching, you generally aren't given enough time to pack up all your belongings), and it takes us away from ALL the discoveries made to date. I would rather see our probes fight for it and go down in a blaze of glory than give up and go running off with their tails between their legs....
