Ok, this is a little WSU, but I'm pretty sure this is on the mark.
Whoever Daniel talked to and refers to as "the One" is actually not the destructive force he seems to be. It seems as if he has been warning us of something right under (or rather over) the probes noses. Itseems to me like he is telling the probes that Mons is about to wrupt, or at least that there is to be some serious volcanic activity in the vicinity of the probes.
Burn just offered to take us away, basically sending us "into exile", but saving us in the process. By going away from our current site, our current problems will be solved. We will be out of the jurisdiction of the Ipsos and the C-Probes, Andrew and Daniel will be saved, and we won't have to worry about the C-Lander. If we can only get them to pack all the stuff from the lander onto a tram and take us far away, we should be safe.
I vote we tell Bette to give Burn a "yes" on the travel offer. Besides, any other answer would basically be suicidal for Bette. Votes please, we need a concrete answer by tonight.
