Enoch's visual perception is still impaired. The truth of the matter is that his images are not as high quality resolution as those from the other probes. Enoch's images are slightly fuzzy, something like a human being who is a little near-sighted. Sometimes Star reworks them, sometimes not.
The resolution of our computer screens is not very high, so either way there is no apparent difference in quality when we compare Enoch's images and those from the other probes.
