I think that interrupting communications should be a top priority at this point. Just because the c-probe is not mobile, I see no reason to consider it no longer dangerous. I think the probes should be cautioned not to take their victory revelling too far.
I am torn as to whether we should think in terms to simply destroying the probe or attempting to reprogram. It certainly would be a valuable asset. On the other hand we cannot afford any casualties in attempting to turn it to our side.
