It's a start. Here's some more ideas for discussion..
1) Isn't there still one more EU probe trapped on their lander? The control codes will certaintly help there.
2) P&H probably didn't know the situation with the probes and did indeed send us the control codes in good faith. We should reward them a little bit. Besides, then they would be more willing to help us with Dilyn. How about we send a couple of glyphs over, and tell them we will send other data as we discover it, but only if they release Dilyn.

Parker and Hardon.
Thank you for the control codes.Unfortunately, they were of litttle use to us, as your surviving probes have been shown how to change their own codes and are, in fact, now our allies. However, you have indeed shown that you are trustworthy and we include images of some alien markings we have found. We are not sure if these images pertain to a current civilization, or one that may have disappeared a long time ago. We wil send you future information upon the release of Miss Dilyn Carter. As soon as this is done, we will begin to share what we may learn here.

---
This way, we only send information that is useless to them We can send them very few glyphs, and they will think that that is all we have. We also do not reveal the existence of the Ipsos, nor do we deny it. And we do not have to send them all the things we discover, just some of our future discoveries. Besides, how will they know when we discover what. As for the coffee bit, we do not want to reveal our involvement yet, not until Dilyn is free. Otherwise, they might retaliate by not releasing her (or worse).
As usual, fell free to add coments, sugestions, and flames; this is just my $.02 worth.
