I like the basic plan but am concerned that we know so little of the Destructo probes logic. Will it blindly charge into the cave? Or will it just fire one of its missiles at a perceived target? If it charges into the cave, no problem, we’ve got him right where we want him! If he fires a missile into the cave what’s the downside? If we have a probe hiding in there we’re out one loyal friend. If our probes dig a tunnel long enough and are hiding a safe distance away then the Destructo is down to four missiles and we need to formulate another plan. Perhaps we can come up with another four false targets for our misguided friend to fire at and after he’s disarmed we can ignore him. Just some food for thought.

PEACE-THE FINAL FRONTIER!
