I did not send that to Andrew because I had similar reservations to those of Taz. I have a problem reconciling the conflict between using Theta (I'd like to call him Theo) as a disposable pawn and the notion that all the other Probes deserve the right of self determination.
That is why I went further, in the next paragraph, to suggest it might be time to integrate all three of the EU-probes into the "family" quickly. Once they are fully members of the team, then they can decide their own fate.
I will send more of my original premise to the Probes and explain my views on their choices.
BTW: I think it is good at this point in their development to see that we are not always in agreement. They have differences of opinion and need to see that we do too and how we deal with it. This may turn into a good lesson in interpersonal relationships when we are done.
