Thanks, Doc. I usually sleep during weekend. That's the time they have their
routine tapes running. :-)

>Now it looks like the one is on the ground(Mars)and one is in orbit.

There is a fixed ground station at 37,8 N 148,2 W and a mobile beacon, which I've
seen southeast of Stage Two lately and there is an orbiter functioning as observer and
relay station for positioning and coordination purposes.

>Could there be more on the ground ? How hard would it be to tell.

I don't know. I will run a scanning program this week, so maybe I can find some more
sources on other frequencies. Till now I've only got these three. The mobile beacon is
moving quite fast. I don't know yet how fast it can move. Doc, you know I can locate
it only twice a day. That is when the source is coming up and when it is setting.

Wait a moment. Could it be that there are more sources than one just using the same
frequency, so I'm thinking they are moving, though they are more of a static nature?
Would be a possibility. I've to check that immediately. Maybe there is some further
information within the ping. Good idea, Doc.

Keep my ears walking
