<BR>On NBC the TV show TODAY, Matt said that is possible that someone may have taken the radio off Pathfinder. Has any one of our probes showed up with an extra radio, or do you think that one of the EU-Probes took it.

<BR>I've heard about that too. Pathfinder is about 5300 km east of our landing site. That's about plus six Martian hours to the local time of our Probes, which gives me some opportunity to separate both landing sites.
<BR>The Pathfinder site is dead and I haven't detected any activity over there for weeks. The Chinese lander is west of our landing site and the last site that comes up with its typical ping. The Global Surveyor signals I have sorted out, but what's left is that echo similar to the Chinese ping, I mentioned in the Team-Report yesterday. It's sometimes even on air, when only Pathfinder site can be watched.
<BR>There is something going on up there. Maybe another lander. Perhaps a second Chinese one, maybe something else.

<P>Yes --- He did he really say that? ... And my first thought is one of our probes took it... The NASA probe has been offline for some weeks.. As Al-Q has reported. It could be that the EU- did what they wished to do to Andrew.. Used it for parts...They may now have or may soon get a radio to work and 'phone home' .... I don't think our probes took it, I hoped they would have told us.. (But Gail and Danial was not here then ) ..Now The EU-probes really need a radio.. At they will take anything as we have found out..

<BR>2. wait and see if they start using it..
