OK. It's definitely hex.
I knew I had seen those groupings of 6 hex characters preceded by a #.

They look for all the world to me like hex designations for COLORS.

That makes sense in light of the way that the Ipsos communicate. However, I'm not so sure how WE can use it.

Any ideas???
