Good point GZ. The probes have never really dealt with the Ipsos as equals. The Ipsos seem to be defining the parameters of communication. Still, I'm not sure that a threat to open the groove would be a good thing. The Ispos are in mortal fear of an uncontrolled open groove. (the phibs, you know). The probes would become a threat, and the Ipsos may just fry all of them, to protect the groove.
But I agree that we need *some* kind of leverage/power in this relationship.
