As much as I want Andrew back, this sounds kind of ghoulish.

I suppose that we could have the surviving probes carry this out, if (and this is a big 'if') they are willing to clank around inside his casing, but the end result would (most likely) not be Andrew. Are the probes ready emotionally for reanimation? Personally, I'd have a hard time reanimating a friend, even if the extra help was desperately needed.
