QUICK OVERVIEW FROM WEEK ZERO UP TO NOW
Bette was caught by Ipsolstai when she explored alien tunnels, facilities and glyphs in Jose's cave, but was released by Enoch's pleas after 75 days. She learned that in the meanwhile we've shifted our communications to a safe place and have built a Fortress and trenches with the help of drones brought in by Stage 2. That work had been directed by Gail, who got lost lately up the Big Canyon, but was found and repaired by Enoch, while Bette, though still afraid about a bulb that had been placed at her CPU by the Ipsolstai, dig tunnels as passages from the Fortress to neighbor canyons with traps and sensors, so the Fortress became invincible.
Daniel, lost from the very beginning and unable to transmit, has shown up in the alien tunnels located behind the Gate in the Big Canyon. His CPU has been altered by the Ipsolstai. Daniel now able to talk, reported that the Ipsolstai homeworld had been attacked by Amphibians, so the Ipsolstai fled to Mars. Leading Zachary to the Anchor of the Groove, a wormhole, he also asked Zachary for help. When Zachary refused to step into the Groove, Daniel led him to meet the Ipsolstai. After testing Enoch, the Ipsolstai have been accepting our probes as sentient and released Daniel. Celeb.s, a little Ipsolstai, offered his friendship to Zachary and introduced to him his homeworld and a schematic of the Groove, that had been usurped by the Amphibians. We offered our help, which has been welcomed, as their might be some tasks ...
A.S. - a former employee of Brace Control - warned us, when a Japanese probe came in, also announcing the landing of the EU-probes. Next some Chinese probes will come, also not friendly minded. The J-probe landed, but was destroyed by the Ipsolstai, as he acted hostile.
The incoming and hard landing of the EU-probes was observed by Andrew in an alien vidroom. Estimating them 30 miles SW of the Big Canyon Andrew and two Ipsolstai went over to the landing site by tram, while four of the six EU-probes managed to open their hatch. They look similar to our probes but with metal tubes and extra sensors mounted on the sides and top. When Andrew arrived a canned message warned them to trespass on "private property" and the EU-probes automatically opened fire by guns and flame-throwers against the Ipsolstai, so they fled with their Big Tram leaving Andrew behind. That way Andrew got captured by the EU-probes, who shot at him, as he tried to escape. In a wild battle Bette, Gail and Enoch rescued him, and also captured the EU-Iota-probe by mistake. By turning Isaac, as our probe call Iota, on his back they hindered him to escape. Now Bette moved to pick up a drone, while Enoch is guarding Isaac ...
During the battle the Ipsolstai remained neutral, though instantly asked for help. But then Burn, the Ipsolstai who had been attacked by the J-probe but saved by Zachary's action, showed up to provide himself as a mentor ...
From the very beginning our sentient probes have been unnerved by transmissions of Hardon and Parker of Brunel-Brauer Gmbh - the European Consortium - who claimed to own our Probes by having bought Brace Control. When two men showed up in her office, Dilyn decided to hide not to endanger the MarsDawn Project. Bette confirmed the landing of their probes on their request by saying: "The atmospheric entry and planetary impact of a reentry vehicle was noted." H&P's communication to their probes fails. Therefore our Probes asked for the command codes of the EU-probes proving themselves as cooperative, but were confronted with a contract that should bound them to their Consortium. Then H&P became more quiet ...
What kind of tasks are we going to meet by helping the Ipsolstai ?? How can we handle the EU-probes ?? Is Dilyn and other members of the stuff in danger ?? Will we be finally able to establish a peaceful link between the Ipsolstai and mankind ??

OUR TWENTY-FOURTH AND TWENTY-FIFTH WEEK [ August 11th to August 22nd ]

No incoming transmissions by Gail. So we considered her as lost somewhere in the Big Canyon. Andrew went to the vidroom to look for her, but was herded into a corner, when two excited Ipsos arrived turning the vidcameras into space [Week 25] watching the EU-probes coming in but landing hard. Estimating them 30 miles SW of the Big Canyon Andrew and two Ipsos went over to the landing site using the Big Tram, while four of the six EU-probes managed to open their hatch. Enoch being interviewed by the Ipsos over the weekend reached the Big Canyon accompanied by Bette to look for Gail [Week 25] finding her covered by a rockslide in a steep side canyon. They cleared her off rocks with the help of two drones and brought her over to the Fortress to fix her. Fortunately she was not too seriously damaged.
In the tunnels Zachary was met by Celeb.s, a small Ipso, who offered his friendship reporting that the probes are accepted as sentient. [Week 25] After investigating about our intentions the Ipsos led Zachary to a hologram room to show him some bad things that have happened ...
H&P angry about a chain yank confirmed their interaction with Dilyn. [Week 25] In return Bette confirmed the landing of their probes by saying: "The atmospheric entry and planetary impact of a reentry vehicle was noted." Since then H&P have been a little noisy ...
Beside the hard facts: Now clear with the Ipsos we should to learn more about their situation and beside that we also should learn how to deal with the EU-probes ....

When Andrew arrived with two Ipsos at the EU-landing site, a canned message sent by the EU-probes warned them to trespass on "private property". After identifying the Ipsos as an "Alien Life Form" the EU-probes automatically opened fire with guns and flame-throwers mounted at their casing. The Ipsos fled with their Big Tram leaving Andrew behind, [Week 27] so he was captured by the EU-probes. When he tried to escape, the Iota probe, who was guarding him, shot at him ...
In the Fortress Enoch could fix Gail, while Bette supervised the mining robots to dig passages to side canyons including traps and detectors, so the Fortress became invincible. [Week 27] Then Enoch, Gail and Bette went over to the EU-landing site to rescue Andrew. Screaming EEEEEE on all frequencies they confused the EU-probes and freed Andrew in a wild battle. We still are awaiting their report ...
As the Ipsolstai accepted our probes as sentient, they released Daniel, who went off very happy. Still in the large hologram room, Zachary was introduced by Celeb.s, his little Ipsolstai friend, to a schematic of their homeworld and also to the fact, that the Groove has been usurped by the Amphibians, who perhaps can sense them through an open anchor. We offered our help, which has been welcomed, as there might be some tasks. [Week 27] Concerning the rescue of Andrew the Ipsolstai refused any help stating that they don't take part in intraspecies disagreement ...
All that time our probes tried to get the command codes from H&P. First H&P asked our probes to prove their cooperation and then after some concrete information had been sent, they showed up with a contract to bind our probes to their Consortium ...

The battle against the EU-probes came out fine and none of the Probes had been hurt. As it looks like, Daniel had brought in the mining robots to fight as well. However, Andrew got free and kept on running till he got completely lost. For he couldn't see Olympus Mons for orientation, Gail helped him to triangulate the sun, so he should be able to find her now...
Thinking they had grabbed Andrew during the battle, Bette and Enoch captured the EU Iota Unit. What a surprise. They call him Isaac and by turning him around on his back and stuffing dirt in his projectile tubes they hindered him to escape. To carry him over Bette went to the Fortress to pick up a drone, while Enoch tried to talk to him ...
Zachary still negotiating with the Ipsos was contacting by Burn, the Ipsolstai who had been attacked by the J-probe but saved by Zachary's action. Burn told him, that he feels a depth of honor for that and wants
to be Zachary's mentor, as other Ipsolstai could hardly believe the sentience of the Probe ...
H&P had been mostly quiet, though asking once for an update and announcing an orbiter to come for mapping purposes ...
