The problem with being the reigning Super Power on a world is the tendency to be willing to pull, or at least threaten to pull, the trigger at the slightest provocation.
I think no response at all is more appropriate. Zachary may be on the verge of shaming the Ipsolstai into using the ET-Tram to retrieve Andrew. Daniel appears to have a rescue plan in the works and has already demonstrated his ability to sneak into and out of the "enemy camp" without being detected.
Both points give me hope that Andrew will be extracted from his current predicament by tonight. I say let P&H stew when they discover their attempt to bully the Probes into a one-sided agreement has failed. Then hit them the contract I proposed in an earlier entry in this thread.
