How about this modification:

"We have made contact with your probes. Your communications equipment was destroyed on impact. Direct communication
with you is and will be impossible. The only way you can communicate with them is through us. They are threatening us. They have sent us this message, "HALT! You are trespassing. You are in violation of private property.
These lands and any and all contents, artifacts, and mineral rights are the
exclusive property of Brunel-Brauer GmbH and its subsidiaries. Access is
denied without proper authorization." If you want us to make contact
with them for you, you must send access and command codes right away. If they damage or threaten any of us here, there may
be no choice but to destroy them."

I think that by adding the broadcast message we might make P&H realize the gravity of the situation since they know what comes next in the program.
