I’d rather dissect their message than one of your frogs!

"The Groove is from the amphibians, but not to the amphibians."

Perhaps it’s a one-way street and the probes inadvertently opened the Groove FROM the amphibians like answering a telephone. If the amphibians were to notice, they might now be able to come through to Mars because they have been INVITED! Likewise they would have to open the Groove on their end to allow the probes or Ipsos to go visit THEM. Kinda like locking your door so no one can come in un-invited. WSU: We may need to place some emphasis on CLOSING the Groove if, in fact, the probes did open it. I don’t believe we want to meet the amphibians just yet!

I addressed a couple of your other points in a post below so won’t repeat myself here.

I think you have been very careful in what you say and how you say it. We just don’t think like aliens and can’t possibly anticipate what might set them off. The alternative is to not talk to them at all, and that’s no alternative!

Go get ‘em, GZ!
