Your post to Zachary should not have caused this response unless the Ipsos know much more about us than we have suspected until this point. Perhaps the very issues you want to avoid, i.e. our treatment of animals, is of GREAT importance to them. The probes on the other hand should understand our use of 'lower life forms' to do our bidding as they view the drones in much the same way. We may find we're walking into a mine field of the Ipsos construction as some kind of test of OUR worthiness. The probes may have passed the sentience test while we will fail do to our mistreatment of environmental issues. What if the "Tree Huggers" have been right all along?
