I've transmitted to Zachary: "I mentioned that you call the Ipsos "it". Sorry, Mr. Zachary, they are as sentient as you and therefore they should not be named by "it". Please, Use "they" or "he" as long as you don't know about their gender. Just sounds better and distributes the respect you want to receive in return."

Am I wrong or is it really a lack of respect to name the Ipsos as "it" ??
Nevertheless, as it looks like Zachary has found a new friend ...
