I had postulated earlier that the reason for the carbon was that the super-oxygenated atmosphere was created by removing the oxygen from the CO2 and expelling the waste carbon. It is very reasonable to believe the ETs atmosphere was not brought with them. They need to replenish the O2 regularly. Why not from the plentiful Martian atmospheric CO2?<p>Koala, Captain, Team Andrew<br>
