I agree with the interpretation that they are about to modify the probes so that they can speak without using the hologram or scratching on the walls. My first reaction to this was concern. I am worried that despite thorough study of Bette and Daniel, the ET's modifications are not fully compatible. At the same time, I don't think they have any sinister motives. I just wish there were some easier way to ask them to explain what they have done to Daniel without having Enoch or Zachary go through it themselves. <p>As for us getting together via email or a chat room, I really don't have time. Starting this weekend, I had planned to take a hiatus from MarsDawn until I finish my thesis. I'm behind schedule for finishing, and I have a hard deadline coming up - my advisor will soon be leaving the country for several months.<p>So I hate to say this, but you and Enoch are on your own. My brain feels like goo, and I have no fresh ideas for MarsDawn. I'll pop in tomorrow to say au revoir to the probes.<p>joule
