How about this?

Those were very nice things you said to Bette. I know that you would like to join Bette, but I think that you should continue to talk to the ETs. There are a lot of things that we need and want to know, and right now you are not only the best probe for the job, you are the only probe that can do the job. The other probes have instructions on how to make letters, but you've had the most practice and are the only one that knows how to work the hologram controls. It would also take any of the other probes a long time to get to you. You have done a wonderful job with this very important task, and the Marsupials would like you to continue for that reason most of all.

The Marsupials would like to know what happened to Daniel. Zachary seems to have found Daniel again, so perhaps Daniel can tell him, but we'd like to hear what the ETs say about Daniel. But first you should thank them for releasing Bette.

"Thank you for releasing Bette. Did you study Daniel too? Daniel was hurt when we landed. He acted strangely, and we did not understand him. Then Zachary found Daniel and was going to fix him, but Daniel disappeared. Is Daniel OK?"

Eventually we must tell the ETs that Parker and Hardon's probes are coming in about 4 weeks and that they may not be friendly. To do that it will be necessary to explain to them that not all humans are friends with each other. Also, it would be nice to enlist their help. They can obviously help protect you, and perhaps they can help change the command codes so that Parker and Hardon can't control their own probes. Maybe you could approach this subject like this:

"Not all humans are friends. Gen was sent by humans too, but he was not a friend. Many humans are curious about Mars. More probes that look like us are coming to explore Mars soon, but they are not sent by my friends. We would like to make friends with these new probes if we can so that they won't hurt us or hurt you. Can you help us?"
