Our source of information for B-B's ETA was AS. And while I don't doubt his sincerity, he's not inside the B-B program. He or his source may have been fed some disinformation.
Remember the July 4 picture from Gail? Could have been Pathfinder, could have been Parker and Hardon's little buddies. And while Gail estimated that whatever it was landed a long way away, the ET complex conceivably spans hundreds of miles and their trams move quite rapidly, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that they are already inside the complex.
