All it takes (in most areas)  to make changes to someone's phone service is to call the Customer Service number and say you are the new husband or wife. Then order changes or a  cancellation. They will almost always do it.<p>It really is TOO easy to screw another person's life.<p>It may help to have another female on the staff call the business office of the phone company, identify herself as Dilyn, and ask when and by who the order to canel the line came.
