I don't recall who suggested building tunnels for the fortress or whether that was Zachary's own idea, but I don't think it is wise. We don't know the full extent of the ET's tunnel system, and they might take it amiss if Zachary inadvertently starts blasting into it. Just as we avoided sending "loud" transmissions while the ETs were around the communications platform, I think that Zachary should avoid blasting until Enoch has firmly established friendly relations with the ETs. Until communication with them gets a little more sophisticated, it will be difficult to apologize for blowing a hole in the wall of their home and explain that Zachary meant no harm.<p>joule
