AI or not, once it commits a hostile act (to be considered an act of war) I think it becomes fair game.  We can treat it as a POW or as the spoils of war (reprogrammed for our usage) or simply destroy it, but give it back to them to use against us, no way.  Even if we change its programming, all they have to do is change it back.<p>Taz<p>
