I'm not sure that my answer is correct but it sude be close<p>What sort of atmosphere does Mars have?<br>~ 90% CO2(not sure)<p>Would it be sufficient to support the use of parachutes for landing?<br>yes<br>but the parachutes needs too be larger<br>(NASA used parachutes in vayking)<p>what is the atmospheric temperature?<br>summer ~ -50C<br>winter ~ -100C (not sure)<p>Could the light that Gail saw at the end of the MN landing have been a crash and explosion?<br>probable engine turned on for fennel landing<br>
