Having read the Team Reports for the past couple of days, it becomes obvious that this Naughton guy is more interested in your dollars than your project. He is so gleeful at the money-making potential of this project that he cannot help but mention it in his report to you. Personally, I cannot help but think that this, in and of itself, shows a lack of experience and/or professionalism as a "behavioral expert" on the part of Mr. Naughton.
On another point, you must look beyond money and consider the short- and long-term ramifications of Mr. Naughton publishing ANYTHING about what goes on here. Wouldn't the MNs kill - literally - for this info?
And please think about this: Even after purportedly reviewing all the data, this guy hasn't a clue that he could be endangering himself and his loved ones (if he has any) by publishing. Perhaps there's somebody else at EVBRG who can help out...someone more, um, competent?
I know that I have shown absolutely no respect for Mr. Naughton, but you MUST consider what I have said in order to ensure his and the Project's safety.
