If I were GB (P&H) and I knew the original probes had "gone mental" as they have concluded, I would ensure that my new probes could not be subverted by the originals. I would lock out the ability to change the command codes except by another command code. I would also make certain the programming had any back doors removed and had an automatic reboot sequence installed that would kick in anytime there was a sign of deviation from the "normal" operations.
I am not saying we should not try to recruit the GB probes, but I am not counting upon being able to.
