Hey, good idea T-Bird. :-)
So, what we could do is to deconstruct the com platform and to move
its com and power facility to a save place, where it can't be easily detected.

A good place could be a place other facilities are around, so someone won't identify it
even when staying in front of it. What's about Andrew's cave ?? Maybe down the shaft
??
Another idea, the mining robot's could dig it somewhere into solid rocks. As the ET's
detected our relay station by its emission, we could place it close to another radio source
??
Just my 0,02 pennies
