Do the MNs have as much to worry about in law suits as we in the US do? I tend to doubt it. I also doubt they worry too much about it in any case. If they are maintaining secrecy, a *highly likely event* then the trail of false front companies is so long and impossilbe to follow that they are essentially suit-proof anyway.<p>
