    You are justified in your fear of legal action, that possibility is always present. But law suites<br>can drag on for years. Attorneys are expensive and in the meantime, possession is 9/10ths of the law. P & H will not want to wait<br>that long. My guess is they will be open to any proposal that will give them more than what they are<br>presently stuck with. <p>     I believe a series of buffers should be employed before any attempt to approach them is made. If they<br>want to,  they can deal with Xanthos the horse for a while.<p>     They have just now decided to inform security?  What kind of security are they using? Pinkerton?
