I doubt that flashing their lamps will be interpreted as hostile since it will be obvious that there is no effect. Also, if the EME's have contact and communication with Daniel, he may have taught them morse code. <p>I can't shake the feeling that if we could just figure out Daniel's rocktalk, we'd be a lot closer to figuring out who the EME's are and what their intentions are. But I'm stymied. I tried guessing that the circle of prime-numbered rock piles around Daniel were a code representing "Daniel" but that didn't lead anywhere.<p>joule
