1) Bette once again referenced "it". What is "it"?

2) What makes Parker and/or Hardon LOUD? Is there signal strength higher? ***Staff*** What do the probes consider loud?

3) Bette's description of the area behind the second fan sounds an awful lot like an EXHAUST VENT. Should we get them out of the vent before it becomes active again? It could get very uncomfortable (HOT) for them if we don't. If not, can we ask them to examine the filter for some removal mechanism? Filters have to be changed after all.
