<P>The notion of a transponder beacon has given me a few ideas.  How soon after Phase II are the Multi-Nationals supposed to start coming?  Do they home in on our beacon?  If so maybe we can destroy it after Phase II or have a probe take it to a place unsuitable for landing - top of a mountain, edge of a cliff, in a cave, loose sand, north pole, etc. How 'bout shooting it to a Martian moon.<p>We really need to come up with a plan on dealing with the MN's.
