<P>Perhaps the ULF only works between probes, but not from probe to transmitter (and thus not to us). This could either be by design, or the electronics in the platform to translate a ULF to something that can be transmitted to Earth are damaged.<p>joule<p>P.S. Or maybe it's the "time thing" reborn. ;-)
