I suspect they will mature at a rapid pace. The AI software they possess is quite sophisticated and learns quickly. We have not had to repeat a concept to any of them. Once stated, it is absorbed and not forgotten. We must keep that in mind. The probes will remember our every utterance, even if we do not.

A very good question. If it were solar, they would have to have a battery system to sustain them when underground or out of the sunlight. If that were not so both Enoch and Bette should have shutdown shortly after entering the cave. If it is nuclear, it could be a weakness in that they could be traceable because of the heat they would have to eliminate. Of course, if that is the case, then we may have found a way to locate Daniel. Hmmmm....
