Hi folks,
Zack is talking about permafrost soil, may I therefore relate you to
http://humbabe.arc.nasa.gov/MarsToday/MarsWater.html
just for further strategies
Referring to weather conditions:
http://humbabe.arc.nasa.gov/MarsToday.html
As I interpret these data, at Olympus Mons Area (~ 25N135W)
it's high summer time, ~ -70 deg. Celsius, Sun almost
straight above O.M. (as she is at 25.19 deg. north), wind
coming from WSW at a speed of ~ 70 km/h.
Just an other question: Is there any Archive of probe's transmission ?
I haven't seen any.
