We finally got that cable modem at home! Yay! What has is been? Four or five months? It's going to take weeks and weeks for me to get caught up!!! Alas, with x-mas and the arrival of guests less than a week away, I don't have infinite amounts of free time to spend glued to the Mac.
I see lots of new faces, which is really great. I guess I'll have to reintroduce myself. My name is joule, and I was a physics grad student when MarsDawn started. I graduated in August, so I guess you will have to address me as Dr. joule now. ;-) My new job is starting to get interesting, and although I like the 40-hour work week, I miss the flexibility of graduate school (especially when trying to get the x-mas shopping done!).
Well, I should really get going. My fiance let out a big groan when he saw what site I was visiting. He knows how much time I used to spend here, and for some reason he would prefer I spend quality time with him. ;-)
