I decided that to solve my problem I am going to dump my NETCOM and my Netscape programs and reload them. I think something may have gotten knocked out of wack. However I am still looking for suggestions just in case this does not work. I have already dumped the programs,and am currently using AOL until I figure out how to download what I need.
The problem has been in the comp. a few times when I've been offline. But, I am hoping that it's not really a problem. I know, it's probably a pipe dream(so to speak).
So far I have tried everything that you guys have suggested and unfortunately nothing has worked. If I can't solve the problem, I guess I will have to take the machine in for service. But, I REALLY don't want to have to do that.
