I completely agree with the idea of a password. However, giving it to just those on the roster would not work for those of us "regulars" who are not on staff.
On a general note, I must say I'm very dissaopinted with the behavior of these new posters. What ever happened to common curtesy, much less "Netiquette"? I always assumed that when you joined a new board (or any new group, real or electronic, for that matter), you stayed quiet until you were comfortable with your surroundings and knew where the general boundries were. What happened to these people?
