"Unfortunately, I had too little to do even then. I was already a world-hampion at solitaire. I had already gotten bored (if only temporarily) with all the computer games i had bought only recently for, i now realized, WAY too much money. There was nothing else to do but check the news.
"Hmmmm, no new updates on my fave pages. I guess i'll have to resort to _real_ news. So i read all of my articles. Even the weather. And the lottery numbers.
"I began to think(whoah!) 'Gee, all this content sure is boring. Maybe i can pick up some completely pointless connection that i will gain nothing from reading! It sure beats checking out sat photos of El Nino.'
"Hmmmm. Today, i think i'll check arts and entertainment. Let's see: Dilbert Daily? Nah, i already have a newspaper. The Cheese Lovers Paradise? Nope. The exciting world of lactate-based products only carries one so far on a blissful wave of euphoria. GenXmAg? Nah. I think i missed it. MArsdawn? Hmmmmm. Mhmmmmm. Mmmmm? Mmmm!

"Right, so i download the connection and the articles. They're just links. To here. After taking A few days to absorb the enormity of what is going on here, i immediately realized: 'Hey! I'm feeling much better!' So i went to work.
