Yow! I go away for 3 weeks, and come back to find only 2 probes in the loop regularly. I hate to think what'll happen when I head out for 5 weeks beginning next week .....
I just spent a week in Denver, a friend got married, and my wife and I decided to make a short vacation out of it. Never been in that part of the country before - it's amazing.
We're going to Europe for 3 weeks starting 07 October. No fixed itinerary (yet) - we'll just be bopping about the continent ;-)
The good news - it looks like I'll be flying down to Ecuador almost immediately after I get back from Europe - the Defense ministry wants to talk spaceport with me. Wish me luck!
A week after that, I head off to the Space Frontier Foundation's annual conference. I'll officially join that group's Board of Directors at that time.
It's turning into a good couple months for me - hopefully, it's not at the expense of the probes' luck!
