For the near future, things should stay the same.  Our new bosses are also buying an even larger company Hughes Aircraft (about 40,000 people).  When/If that deal goes through they promise to look at all the policies of all three companies and pick the best from around the world and make them RAYTHEON law.  The same holds true for benefits packages.  So sometime in the 1998-1999 timeframe we will probably experience MAJOR upheaval.<p>Taz
