Referring to your suggestion of additional promotion of MarsDawn, I went into the
papers. As far as I understand, the banner swap should not be too close to sites of our
kind of involvement, but meeting core groups we would like to meet too.
You mentioned sites of humor, puzzles, science, space, education, who are placed in
proper position at www. I've now looked into "puzzle sites". Its pretty some work to
check all these sites, but I came up with some. However, not to overwhelm staff with
work, what's about creating an opening letter of contact, so MARSupials can initialize
contact to their "favorite" sites too ?? Should be of some help. And as far as I see, we
want to rise the number of MARSupials all over the world to maintain an international
movement. :-)
Checking these puzzle sites some ideas came to my mind. How's about to implement an
web-counter at our front page ?? That could rise our attraction to banner partners. And
secondly by establishing a Site of our Favorite Links we could diversify banner swap
and link swaps.
I keep on working and hope others are coming up with some favorites too.
Btw my old question, what's about dropping some line at yahoo ??

PUZZLE LINKS:
http://www1.tip.nl/~t522097/sites.htm
Very nice for kids & adults, seems to be run by a non-commercial.
It also has links to other puzzle pages and is placed at yahoo.
http://www.spacetoys.com/
Member of LinkExchange selling space toys, but more of a kind of
"star warriors" don't think he is very appropriate, but have a look.
http://www.cascoly.com/
LinkExchange member. Looks great. Maybe addressable as a sponsor ??
Recommends other online Games too.

One of my favorite sites at yahoo provided by Department of Computer Science at
Moscow, Idaho concerning "Games that Interest John Conway" (father of the LIFE)

Good joy of lateral thinking published privately at yahoo
http://stud1.tuwien.ac.at/~e9226344/Themes/Puzzles/sphinx.html
mix of different puzzles published by Marcus-Christopher Ludl from Vienna.
Well recommended by other puzzle sites, published at Yahoo

A great site by Wx3 Web Site Design. Watch their Site of Links, that
would be something we could need to diversify banner from link swaps.
http://www.igdn.org/
is a non-profit membership association for the game developer community. Free ad
when joining but basic membership is U$ 50.00. Opportunity to meet some people,
if someone of the staff is planning a career ??

T-Bird I've seen too late, that you already mentioned swapping services.
You are right, we would be mostly out of control over our target audience.
Nevertheless, I checked ...
______
http://www.linkexchange.com/
Free banner swapping service. Looks good and serious to me.
http://software.hyperbanner.net/
Another free swapping service, but I don't like their language ...
______
As you said,
forget about them ...
