I beleive most of you know that we are persuing a number of methods for promoting MarsDawn.  Two of the most discussed are our participation in PointCast, and (generic) registration with search engines via a submission service.<p>I have received an excellent suggeston for additional promotion of MarsDawn - banner swaps.  Usually, banner swapping is handled as a paid advertising or by participating in a swapping service.  In both cases, we might not have much control over our target audience OR the advertisements we accecpt for display here.<p>The suggestion I was given is to create a list of our favorite sites which may in some way relate to MarsDawn - science, space, fiction, games, roleplaying... and contact them directly to arrange banner swaps.  This would allow all parties to gain as there is likely to be much interest from the audiences of each of these sites in the others.<p>Please help with this effort by providing me with the addresses of your favorite sites.  I will try to contact the webmasters of each to determine the feasability of banner swaps.  Responses can be posted as responses to this message or mailed to me at my e-mail address tbird@marsdawn.com.
