A woman sued the county because her child was mauled by a
mountain lion in a mountain recreation area. She claims
that there was no warning of dangerous consequences posted,
so she allowed her child to pat the big kitty.
Is this evidence of some Darwinian natural selection process
in operation? Government regulation is no substitute for common sense.
