Not to worry my freind, I'll be bringing several bushels of sweet corn ears. Texans are well known for hospitality and having a guest go hungry, just because his stomach can't support our cattle industry, is un-acceptable. I have some Mexican freinds of mine who are working on your predicament. They tell me that they have a recipe for Bar-B-Qd, breaded, eggplant that will melt in your mouth. I've also got some of my mothers home grown Habanero peppers ( for the truly insane) that need to be used before they burn a hole in the bottom of the glass jar. My point is....you will not go hungry....;-}
